About Andrew

As Chief of Staff, Andrew Eastman provides executive-level operational and administrative leadership and works closely with FI Consulting’s executive team to implement the company’s strategic growth initiatives. He is also responsible for overseeing FI’s human resources, information technology, marketing, contract administration, and compliance functions. Andrew is an experienced senior-level leader with over 28 years of operational management experience. He is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Business Corporate Strategy and Innovation programs and studied Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland.
