The General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides government agencies rapid, integrated consulting and business consulting program support services. The GSA MAS contract is a Government-Wide Acquisition Vehicle (GWAC), providing direct government procurement access to a range of integrated consulting, data, analytics, information technology, and business program support services to Federal Civilian, Health and National Security customers. Federal Government Program and Contract Officers can procure using the GSA professional services procurement procedures. FI Consulting provides management consulting and business program support services as a small business under GSA MAS (SIN 541611; 531210; 54151S).
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contract is a family of multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.
The vendors must be able to provide a wide range of services that may be required to achieve the significant transformation of FSA. These services would include but are not limited to: integrated consulting services, integrated business program support services, program management services, portfolio analysis/management services, and/or pre/post-award support services.
Credit modeling, Budget Preparation technical assistance, and Special Projects and Analysis
The primary focus of this requirement is to provide modeling and analysis for federal credit programs supported by OCMA. The Contractor will support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reestimate and/or formulation subsidy models, model documentation, analytical tools, and reporting for the purposes of financial statement disclosure and/or the President’s Budget.
The BPA is to support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of models, analytical tools, and reporting for the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
