Bobby Liu is a Managing Consultant at FI Consulting, where he leads the firm’s AI strategy and governance initiatives. He specializes in architecting and implementing complex data processing systems with emerging technology, leveraging 12 years of professional experience across the finance and telecommunications industries. He focuses on ensuring that new technologies are grounded in the technical rigor and stability required for high-performance and highly regulated environments.

Bobby holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Penn State.
