Paul Hopke is a Senior Manager in FI’s Government Practice. Paul brings over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise-wide business solutions to Civilian and Defense agencies of the US government.  Has a broad range of program and project management skills, including project planning and control, financial management, staff allocation and staff management, risk management, securing follow-on business, who excels at improving client business processes and systems through the application of software and related technology solutions.  Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College and is PMP certified.
