As Managing Director of the Government Practice, Mike Staab is responsible for growth within FI Consulting’s existing Government customer base as well identifying and capturing work with new Federal Government clients. Mike is also responsible for business development with new and existing business partners to further the company’s growth goals. To capture new work, he builds upon his 10+ years of business development experience to establish relationships with current and potential clients and teammates, execute against detailed capture plans, provide market research and develop exceptional, compliant responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This business development and capture competency builds upon his 22+ years of Project/Program Management experience and his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering.
